	GLOBELA PHARMA PVT. LTD. is located at 357, GIDC, SACHIN, SURAT, GUJARAT, INDIA. It is approx. 2KM Bombay-Baroda highway NH No. 8 and is well connected by rail, road with major metropolitan cities MUMBAI.

	Having two dedicated unit, Plant is equipped with modern and sophisticated machineries layout as per guideline of FDCA – INDIA.

Formulation Plant-I : The Plant approved as per FDCA – INDIA Schedule M, cGMP, Tablet, Capsule, ORS and Betalactum with R & D and Pilot plant for trial of new molecules. Tablet, Capsule & ORAL powder, the facility incorporater with individual air handling systems comprising air pressure differentials & appropriate airfilters as per WHO cGMP guide line.

Extreme care is observed while designing the production facility to prevent any kind of cross-contamination.

Direct Compression (DC GRANULES) Bulk Drug : Are you looking ready DC API? We are hear to solve your problem, with new technology for test mask, order mask of your bulk drugs. Granulation Facility are incorporated with individual air handling systems comprising air pressure differentials & appropriate air filters as per WHO c GMP.

Bulk Drugs Plant-II : The Plant approved as per ISO and GMP for high value bulk drugs, Plant has multipurpose facilities to produce various Bulk Drugs Intermediates & Specialty Chemicals.

We have modern R & D laboratory equipped with latest instruments for screening new products. Efforts are continuously being made in R & D to develop new products and upgrade the existing products.

Quality Control

Since Globela Pharma cGMP, FDCA – INDIA, ISO 9001:2000 company. It follows strict quality control norms. Routine in process checks for every batch & finished products analysis are carried out and records of all such activities are maintained. Q.C. lab is well equipped with FTIR, UV Spectro photometer, HPLC, Potentiometer and other modern equipments. In house comprehensive testing facilities are available for raw-materials & finished products analysis.
